Denver Startup Week
The day began with a stroll through Writers Square in search of Denver Startup Week Basecamp off of 16th and Larimer. Greeted by friendly volunteers sporting the blue mountains and downtown Denver's skyline shirts, it was a pleasing and inviting location for all those looking to network, connect, grab a cup of coffee and such. Chase out-did themselves!
The second annual Denver Startup Week is here and it’s overflowing with ambitious, driven and hungry entrepreneurs. There’s not a block in Denver you won’t see a startup T'shirt within the crowd.
Over 5,000 people have registered and over 125 meetings and sessions are taking place over the next week. There is buzz that Denver Startup Week in time will rival the highly successful SXSWi.
"The core intent is that we want Denver Startup Week to be a true celebration of everything startup in Denver and Colorado," said CTA CEO Erik Mitisek. "We're inspired by things like South by Southwest, but we want to do it Denver-style."

Yesterday's Kickoff Luncheon was without a doubt a success.
